Lightweight cementitious core panel provides strength and sound control. All steel constituted panel construction improves strength and loading capacity. Panel becomes more durable and corrosion resistant with epoxy powder coating finish. Corner lock system is commonly used for general offices. Fasteners lock panel each corner to pedestal head ensuring rigidity and lateral stability. Sound deadening gasket enhance acoutiscal performance. Stringerless system provides maximum under floor accessibility.
Rigid Grid System
Bolted stringer system is widely installed at data center, computer / server rooms, cleanroom and industrial area. Rigid grid understructure provides maximum strength for the access floor system to enhance load carrying performance. The system ensure floor integrity when panels are removed to gain access to the under floor area.

Steel air flow panel (perforated panel)
Perforated panel is commonly used at data center and computer rooms. It can be interchangeable with HFS panel. 25% - 50% free open area provides more airflow. Used in conjunction with steel slide damper to adjust air flow for achieving air balancing within the area.
Pedestal
Provide manufacturers a standard pedestal assembly inclusive of base, column with provisions for height adjustment and head. They are made either of steel or aluminium or a combination of both. All steel components are coated by corrosion resistant finish. Height ranges are available from FFH75mm to FFH1500mm high.
Stringer
Modular steel stringer is designed to interlock with pedestal head and to form a grid pattern. It is protected by factory standard corrosion resistant finish.
